William brings more than 15 years of experience in real estate acquisitions and private lending. Throughout his extensive real estate career, William has had vast experience working with brokers, agents, principals, escrow, title, and lenders.  In addition, he is knowledgeable in acquiring small to large real estate and note portfolios from financial institutions. This experience provides him with a unique perspective that he shares with his clients.

Prior to co-founding Great Park Realty, William served as Vice President of Acquisitions for Invitation Homes Inc., and Managing Partner for JW Equity in Las Vegas, Nevada.  During his time at Invitation Homes, he led the acquisitions team for the company’s Nevada division.  William concurrently serves as a Partner, Asset Manager for Bluestone Hospitality Group and as a Broker Associate for Great Park Realty.

William is a long-time resident of Orange County. He attended University of California, Irvine where he received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the Henry Samueli School of Engineering and his MBA from UC Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business. William is also a triathlete and has finished the IRONMAN 140.6 in Tempe Arizona. In his free time, William enjoys swimming, cycling, hiking, camping, and anything outdoors.
